We treat all client materials with strict confidentiality and handle all codebases and technical assets with the same care expected of professional technology consulting engagements.
Client intellectual property always remains the property of the client.
Confidentiality Commitment
All repositories, architecture documents, and technical materials provided to Platform Intelligence are used solely for the purpose of performing the requested analysis or advisory engagement.
- Client code is never reused in other projects
- Client materials are never shared with third parties
- All investigation outputs remain confidential to the client
- Client intellectual property rights remain fully with the client
Non-Disclosure Agreements
Platform Intelligence is happy to operate under a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any source code or technical documentation.
NDAs are standard practice for engagements involving software architecture analysis, technology due diligence, or platform modernisation.
Secure Handling of Code Repositories
Clients typically provide temporary read-only access to private repositories for the duration of the investigation.
Access methods may include:
- Temporary GitHub or GitLab access
- Secure repository clone for analysis
- Client-controlled secure file transfer
Repository access is removed at the completion of the engagement unless otherwise requested by the client.
AI-Assisted Analysis
Platform Intelligence may use AI-assisted tools to accelerate architecture analysis and code investigation. These tools are used only for analysis during the engagement and are configured so that client code is not used for model training.
Client materials are processed solely for the purpose of generating the requested investigation outputs.
Optional On-Premise Analysis
For organisations with strict security requirements, Platform Intelligence can perform analysis within the client's own environment where required.
This allows investigations to be conducted without transferring source code outside the organisation's infrastructure.
Professional Standards
Platform Intelligence operates with the same confidentiality expectations as professional technology consulting engagements.
Our role is to help organisations understand and improve their technology platforms, not to retain or reuse their intellectual property.
